Your email stays about Guitar.
Joining the waitlist
We save your email address, signup time, and the version of the signup notice you agreed to. If you answer the optional learning question, we save that answer too. We use these details to send a welcome email, invite you to early access, and understand what people want to learn.
Where your details go
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores waitlist records in D1. Plunk manages email delivery and your email subscription. Unsubscribing in Plunk stops future marketing emails; it does not automatically erase the original signup record in D1.
Understanding what works
When analytics is enabled, we send a small set of events to PostHog: a page visit, a lesson interaction, a signup attempt, a saved signup, and an optional learning answer. We use a random identifier that lasts for this page visit. We do not send PostHog your email, the contents of the email field, advertising click IDs, or your IP address. Session replay and automatic click tracking are not enabled.
Campaign tags and advertising click IDs in the link you followed may be saved with a signup when analytics is enabled. We keep the referring website’s hostname, rather than its complete URL. Disabling analytics stops new analytics events and removes attribution from future submissions. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
Your choices
Use the Analytics control in the footer to turn measurement off. That choice is saved in your browser; we do not use analytics cookies. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To request deletion of your waitlist record, reply to your welcome email. We retain waitlist records while operating early access, and review inactive records after 12 months.
Spam protection
Cloudflare processes connection information for hosting, rate limiting, and Turnstile spam protection. The application does not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist database. We do not sell your email address.
